I just love Lauren's templates...and I am sharing a "In A Pinch" template Christmas project that I made for a friend of mines daughter. She adored the packaging and the card to match the box. I made it into a window box to show off the heart shaped necklace I attached to the lid. It hung perfectly in the window to show off what was in it...along with a few chocolate goodies! If any of you have purchased PTI stamps and don't know what to do with the plastic box they come in...that is what I cut to make the "window" in this project. I love to recycle anything I can...and the PTI plastic boxes came in handy for this project. I also save the tissue paper the stamps are wrapped in and I was able to shred it in my paper shredder to put in the bottom.
The other supplies I used were: a Christmas paper pack from "My Minds Eye", a Martha Stewart edge punch and snowman punch, Marvy small snowflake punch, MS glitter snow, PTI's "Signature Christmas" stamp set, and ribbon.
A close up of the necklace inside...a bit hard to see...sorry!
